What is Lagree Fitness?

Lagree Fitness (previously known as Pilates Plus) effectively combines Strength, Endurance, Cardio, Balance, and Flexibility in not only 1 class but in EACH AND EVERY MOVE. Developed by Sebastien Lagree, this workout is performed on upgraded machines called Megaformers which have a unique spring mechanism to support an intense fat burning workout with extremely low impact on your joints. It keeps the heart rate up and burns extra calories making it a safe and effective cardio workout as well. It provides maximum results in just 45 minutes and will be sure to leave you hopelessly addicted with its always changing routines and fun music.

Do I need to arrive early to my first class?

Yes, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to ask any additional questions and fill out the necessary paperwork. If you show up 7 minutes after class has begun you may lose that class as the class may be awarded to another person who is present and waiting. It is imperative that we give you an introduction to the Megaformer so please arrive early. Once class starts we do not stop so you must arrive early to receive this instruction so that class can run as smoothly as possible. We also encourage arriving early so that you can brief the instructor about any injuries or special considerations you may have.

I have never done Pilates or Lagree. Can I do the classes or should I do private sessions first?

It depends on your current fitness level. We would recommend everyone to try our Megatone Intro classes first time. We offer them a few times throughout the week and on weekends as well. The workout is intense but low impact, but the routine is kept simple to make sure everyone is using good form. Each move can be modified to make it either harder or easier for the client, making it simple for individuals of all levels to participate in the same class. However, if you have chronic back pain, painful joints or a severe medical condition, it is recommended that you take a private session first to assess your fitness level. Please email us at so that we can recommend an instructor specifically for you to help you to assess if a private session/s is needed.

What should I bring to class?

  • Bring a positive attitude.
  • Leave all your worries behind.
  • The class is for you. You need to be present-minded when working out to maximize the physical and mental benefits of the class.
  • GRIP SOCKS are Required for All MegaTone Classes.
  • Tennis Shoes are required for all F.I.T Camp and Row + TRX classes.
  • We have water at the studio, but it is great if you bring a bottle of your own.
  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow your muscles to stretch and your skin to “breathe”, but nothing too loose that could get caught in the springs.
  • Jewelry is NOT a good idea. Avoid dangling necklaces.
  • No cell phones during classes (please be respectful of others, and leave them in your bag).
  • Avoid strong perfumes as some students are allergic.
  • All classes are prepaid. Please make sure to attend the class you have registered for. No Drop Ins or cash payments.
  • Classes begin and end on time. Please be prompt.
  • Before or after class please be respectful and keep the chit chat to a minimum if another class is in session. It is important for clients to be able to hear instruction.
  • If you tend to sweat please bring a towel with you.

How do I book a class?

  • On the home page Click Book Class Button. That will link you to our online booking site on MindBody Online.
  • Select a Class you would like to attend and Sign up for that class.
  • You will be asked for your Login and password. If you are here first time, please create your account following the Instructions.
  • You will use this Login/password each time you want to sign up for the class. You will also pay for the classes here under the “Purchase Class” tab.
  • You cannot register for a class until you complete a payment. It is recommended to register for classes online so that you can be sure to have a spot in class.
  • There are 10 machines in total so space is limited. Check the schedule as classes are subject to change or cancellation though we try to keep the changes to a minimum.
  • The system will email you to confirm your reservation (only if you are opted into our emails which we recommend you do so that you do not miss any important information).
  • In order to CANCEL a class that you cannot make, Please Cancel it at least 12 hours before the scheduled time in order to avoid losing the class or being charged a Late Cancel.
  • If you are past the time, you will notice that there is a LATE CANCEL button that appears next to your class. PLEASE make sure to Cancel 12 hours prior to class to avoid any penalties. This helps somebody else to grab the Open spot.

You can also download our App – Corebody Pilates Plus on Iphone or Andrioid, create an account and sign up for classes.

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, you may still sign up for the class and get on the waitlist. You click register/sign in and it will automatically enter you onto the wait list. If someone cancels BEFORE the 12 hour cancellation time, then the system will email you (assuming you are opted in for our automated emails) telling you that you are now in the class.

If you made another back up reservation that you must cancel it ASAP so that you do not lose that class. Once you are emailed from the system you are in, and NOW you cannot make that class you must go into your schedule and cancel that.

If you remain on waitlist that means you are agreeing you can come in to class even if you are confirmed upto 2 hours before class. If That is not a possibility please remove yourself from the waitlist.

Some people will put themselves on the waitlist in multiple classes in one day. It is up to you to cancel once you get into one. To cancel any classes you are on the waitlist for log into your profile, go to ‘my info,' ‘my schedule’ and click on the word ‘waitlist’ in the top right hand corner. Your waitlisted schedule will appear and you can cancel classes you were waitlisted for.

Is there a shower?

No, there is no shower available.

How often should I come to Corebody Pilates Plus?

The workout is designed to work your body to muscle fatigue after which your body requires a rest. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover. Most of our clients come 2 to 3 times a week which allows the body to properly recover and repair. As you get stronger you will be able to tolerate more visits, some students love the workout so much that they come 5 or 6 times a week. In order to get the best results it is important to listen to your body. You want to get the most out of your time with us and that means working to intensity. If your muscles are too sore/tired to do so, then give your body a rest, it will thank you!

Are my purchases refundable or transferable?

Sorry, all purchases are final, and are not transferable. Our 20 class pack memberships can be shared between two people. We have some memberships that require signing a contract for auto-payments. Please make sure that you look these over carefully and fully understand the rules before signing them.

May I bring my children to class if they sit quietly while I work out?

Honestly, we would love to meet your adorable little ones, but due to safety and insurance concerns we cannot allow children to stay in the studio while class is in session. It is not safe to have little hands near the machines or to have other clients distracted while they are in poses that require concentration and balance. Same goes for all of your furry friends. Having said that , if your child is able to sit in another room without interfering the class in session or without any supervision needed, it is ok to bring them but please understand that they will not be our responsibility.
